Your health, on an infinite line.

Clinical exercise physiology, advanced metabolic testing and markerless movement analysis — measured precisely, translated plainly, and built into a strategy that fits the rest of your life. Performance labs belong in everybody’s long-term plan, not only at the top of the podium.

Measured · Translated · Optimized
I — Science

Evidence, not opinion.

Lab-validated protocols measured in research literature, applied to you.

II — Precision

Measure. Analyze.

Population averages can’t coach you. Your own numbers can.

III — Human

Biology first.

Strategies you can live inside — not protocols you have to survive.

IV — Infinite

Health, continued.

Built for the next thirty years, not the next thirty days.

i.The Philosophy

A laboratory
built for the long run.

A Human Performance Laboratory studies how stress — disease, environment, life, exercise — interrupts the body’s steady state. We assess. We measure. We translate. Then we build the plan.

Most fitness assessments are opinions wearing clipboards. Generic advice, population averages, the same prescription delivered to a hundred different bodies. We do the opposite.

We use research-grade instruments — gas exchange analysers, near-infrared spectroscopy, markerless LiDAR motion capture, cellular bio-impedance — to observe what is actually happening inside you, at rest and at peak demand.

And then we do the part that matters most: we translate. Into a plan. In plain English. With the next move clear, and the long arc visible.

01

Experience — thirty years of practice.

From general health populations and active agers to endurance athletes and Olympic-level competitors. Both of us have lived inside this field for decades.

02

Expertise — clinical depth.

Exercise physiology, kinesiology, sport science, movement analysis — applied with the rigour of a clinical lab, not the polish of a gym floor.

03

Equipment — research-grade, not retail.

VO₂Master · Kinotek LiDAR · Biomarkers 2000 · Artinis NIRS · Lactate & glucose — the same tools used in university performance labs.

ii.The Team

Two veterans,
one philosophy.

Both of us have spent our careers at the intersection of human performance, movement science and long-term health. We’re not selling motivation. We’re selling clarity.

iii.What we measure

Six windows
into one body.

We move past generic fitness scores and deliver objective insight into how your body actually responds — not the population average, and not what we think you need.

01 — Performance

Aerobic performance.

How efficiently your body converts oxygen and fuel into output — and where the ceiling actually sits.

02 — Recovery

Recovery & readiness.

Adaptation, fatigue, energy availability — measured objectively, not estimated from a watch.

03 — Movement

Movement quality.

Mobility, stability, symmetry and joint control — mapped in 3D with markerless LiDAR capture.

04 — Longevity

Longevity & healthspan.

Aerobic fitness is one of the strongest predictors of how long you live well. We measure it.

05 — Metabolism

Metabolic health.

RMR, BioImpedance and fuel utilisation — the real numbers behind energy and body composition.

06 — Precision

Training precision.

Heart-rate, lactate and ventilatory thresholds — your zones set from physiology, not guesswork.

iv.A real reading

What a VO₂ ramp
actually looks like.

As intensity climbs, oxygen uptake rises and lactate accumulates. Where these two curves bend, your ventilatory thresholds live — the inflection points that define your training zones.

Blood lactate  (mmol/L)

v.The Instruments

Research-grade tools
in a working clinic.

The same instruments used in university and Olympic performance labs — set up for one purpose: understanding you.

Metabolic

VOMaster

RMR · VO₂max · VO₂peak

Portable, lab-validated gas exchange analysis. Oxygen in, CO₂ out — measured at rest and at peak intensity for true metabolic insight.

Movement

Kinotek LiDAR

Markerless 3D motion capture

Light-based 3D capture builds a real-time map of how you actually move. No markers, no wearables — just your body in space.

Cellular

Biomarkers 2000

BioImpedance · Body composition

A safe micro-current reveals what no scale can: lean mass, hydration, phase angle, intra- vs. extracellular water — the markers of cellular resilience.

5 · 50 · 250 kHz
Microvascular

Artinis PortaMon

Near-Infrared Spectroscopy

Infrared light measures muscle oxygenation, extraction and recovery in real time — diagnostics that heart-rate alone simply cannot provide.

Performance labs
shouldn’t belong
to the few.

vi.The Process

Four steps.
One strategy.

It starts with a no-charge, no-obligation conversation. From there we recommend a path — and only if it makes sense for you.

01

Free consultation

A relaxed conversation about your goals, history and concerns. No commitment, no charge.

02

Assessment plan

We agree on the right combination of tests for what you want to learn about yourself.

03

Lab day

You come into the lab and we collect the data — quietly, precisely, comfortably.

04

Strategy & follow-up

A written report and plain-English strategy session — and ongoing support if you want it.

vii.Services & Pricing

Build your own
assessment.

Pick the tests that match what you want to learn, or start from a bundle. Not sure? Request a free consultation and we’ll recommend a fit.
